Great Game But Controls Are Lacking

This game would be a lot more fun if the joystick wouldnt change position every time I touch the screen causing my character to turn less than you want causing your character to crash into something and are slowed or delayed in a race. The challenge is hard enough, but you dont even get a fair shot because you cant control your character properly. Also, when I tried to use tilt controls it would turn more than youd want and then you are trying to constantly correct an overcorrect and keep your character moving in the right direction. There should be an option to increase or decrease the sensitivity of turning, especially for tilt controls.
